Loyalty program rules
Jcosmetics Italia has implemented an incentive program to reward our most loyal customers. The accumulation of points is a tool provided to our Users/Customers to acknowledge their commitment to purchasing our products, regardless of the individual purchase price.
1) Point Collection:
Point accrual is intended for the purchase of products available in our Jcosmetics Italia online store. Points will be automatically credited to your account once the order is completed and payment has been made.
2) Point Validity:
Points accumulated in your account will expire on November 20th of each year. Unused points will be reset and cannot be recovered or used.
3) Point Usage:
Points earned in your account cannot be transferred to third parties and can only be redeemed by the account holder who accumulated the points.
4) Point Deduction:
Points earned from the last order may be deducted for the following reasons:
a) Non-payment for a dispatched order.
b) Full or partial return of goods for any reason.
c) Account suspension for serious violations against Jcosmetics Italia.
d) Account deletion after 24 months of inactivity.
e) Autonomous account deletion by the user.
f) Non-use of the generated coupon.
5) Use of Accumulated Points:
Accumulated points can be used by our customers to generate a coupon code to be entered in the cart, in the designated field.
To generate a discount coupon, you must accumulate at least 200 points in your account.
6) Coupon Usage:
The generated coupon code can be used to partially or fully cover a purchase. Once generated, the customer must use the coupon code within 7 (seven) days from the creation date.
After this period, the customer will lose the ability to use the generated coupon, and the points used to generate them will not be credited back to their account.
7) Point Conversion:
Points converted into coupon codes have a euro value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used in our online store or at authorized Jcosmetics or jujubes Time brand points of sale.
