To ensure transaction security, Jcosmetics Italia uses the Revolut Bank platform to process payments.
3. Bank Transfer:
Orders placed with bank transfer will be processed only upon receipt and registration of payment. Payment via bank transfer must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled, and the user will forfeit any rights acquired with the order.
4. Payment Handling:
Payments made with credit card, debit card, and prepaid cards will be processed immediately upon order placement.
5. Accepted Currency:
Please note that the only currency accepted for payments on Jcosmetics Italy is Euro (€).
6. Payment Notifications:
Once the payment has been made via bank transfer in advance, please send a copy of the payment receipt using our Customer Support > selecting "Payments and Refunds". This will allow us to record your payment and proceed with the shipment of your order.
